SERVICE UPDATE: Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19 the Brighton Centre, including our onsite Box Office, is currently closed. Please read our service update (available here) which includes information around what services are and are not available during this time, how best to contact us and the latest news on venue and event statuses.

The Brighton Centre is closed until further notice including our information telephone line (01273 290131) and our onsite Box Office. If you have a general enquiry, please email us on

*Following the latest government announcement of a second national lockdown, we would like to reassure our customers that our socially distanced events programme is currently going ahead as planned. The shows are scheduled to take place once the lockdown restrictions have been lifted. If Lockdown is extended, or further restrictions result in any events not taking place on their current dates, where possible we will look to move the event to a date in the near future and any bookings will automatically be transferred. If ticket holders cannot make the revised date, or if an event is cancelled, customers will be refunded

We continue to work closely with our event partners to try and find suitable options for re-scheduling into the future and will continue to keep this page updated with affected events as soon as information becomes available.

If you’re enquiring about an event that isn’t yet showing an update, this indicates that we have not yet received one from the event promoter. We are unable to answer questions about individual event statuses but will keep this page updated with details on any affected events as information becomes available. We appreciate that this may be frustrating for customers and apologise for any inconvenience caused. As soon as we do have additional information, it will be shared.
