The 17^th Adult & Senior and 12^th Junior International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) World Championships 2016 will take place at The Brighton Centre 26^th-31^st July 2016.

Trenic and United Kingdom ITF (UK ITF) look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event which will thrill spectators with displays of traditional Tul (Patterns), Sparring, Power and Special Techniques.

Participants will compete in Individual and Team events which are guaranteed to have you on the edge of your seat with tension and excitement – physical strength, control, power, flexibility, speed, punching, kicking, jumping - spectators will enjoy a veritable feast of this modern Korean martial art.  Power events include hand and foot destruction of breaking boards.  In Special Techniques, competitors execute breaking kick techniques at height and distance.  Patterns reveal the art in Taekwon-Do (translated as “Foot Hand Way”) and wait till you see the Sparring!  You will see the World’s best ITF stylists, male and female, pitting their physical prowess and psychological tactics against each other.
