JASON DONOVAN TEN GOOD REASONS’ GREATEST HITSTOUR with support from Mon Aime

By popular demand, star of stage and screen, Jason Donovan is returning to his roots for a solo tour of his debut 5 X Platinum, 1989 album Ten Good Reasonsand ‘Greatest Hits’.

Ten Good Reasons’ became the biggest selling album of 1989 and remains a massive fan favourite with two solo No.1 singles "Too Many Broken Hearts" and "Sealed with a Kiss. It also featured a duet with Kylie Minogue, "Especially for You", which reached No.1.

Supporting Acts

Mon Amie

Mon Amie were thrilled to be invited to join Jason Donovan on his ‘Ten Good Reasons’ and ‘Greatest Hits Tour’ commenting “We are so excited as Jason is a true inspiration to us with his long standing Music career combined with his Musical Theatre roles, it felt like a natural fit for us to be supporting someone who understands how difficult the industry can be and who actively supports upcoming talent”

Jason commented; “Mon Amie are a new, fresh, different type of girl band. I watched the girls debut on X Factor and was really impressed and can’t wait for them to join me on tour. Mon Amie are all about the strength in their vocals & harmonies, these girls need no gimmicks as their credibility, unique style of vocal and personality blends all four girls to a perfect match.”

Made up of Honey (21), Abi, (21) Monifa (18) & Izzy (22), Mon Amie describe themselves as an "all singing, all dancing girl band". The name ‘Mon Amie’ perfectly describes the relationship between the four girls as the translation from French means ‘My Friends’ and their fans are already referring to themselves as ‘Amie’s’.

The girls controversially departed The X Factor after group mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini swapped them for another group during the nail biting 6-chair challenge, which subsequently caused an uproar from the audience.

Mon Amie's boot camp song of Louis Armstrong's ‘What a Wonderful World’ has received more than 1 million views online and their debut music video, a cover version of Diamonds by Rihanna, has received huge adulation. The band’s performance of Britney Spears’ ‘Hit Me Baby (One More Time)’ during X Factor’s 6 Chair Challenge has, to date, had in excess of 500,000 views.

After their performance, judge Rita Ora said "I really love the girl band" while fellow judge Simon Cowell said he was "really impressed" by them.

This year is set to be an exciting one for Mon Amie, as not only are they supporting Jason on tour but they are hard at work on their original material with some incredible producers and chart topping artists in the mix.
