The Brighton Centre had been scheduled to return as one of the destinations this year in the annual four-month Cazoo Premier League tour, which features the likes of Michael van Gerwen, Peter Wright, reigning champion Glen Durrant and new World Champion Gerwyn Price.

However, the PDC have confirmed the planned visit to the south coast will now not take place as planned due to ongoing restrictions, which mean that at least half of this year's event will be held behind closed doors in April.

Next year's schedule has been confirmed, with The Brighton Centre set to host the sixth league night on Thursday March 10 2022.
