Festive Opening Times and Planned Closure

Our team will be taking a break over the festive period which will see a change to our usual Box Office opening times:

Open: Mon 23 December, 10am – 4pm
Closed: Tue 24 – Wed 26 December
Open: Fri 27 December, 10am – 4pm
Closed Sat 28 – Sun 29 December
Open: Mon 30 – Tue 31 December, 10am – 4pm
Closed: Wed 1 – Thu 2 January
Open: Fri 3 January, 2.30pm – show
Closed: Sat 4 January
Open: Sun 5 January, 4pm – show

Please note that our Box Office and all telephone lines will be closed for service maintenance and staff training from Monday 6th to Sunday 12th January 2025. Emails will be answered Mon to Fri 10am – 4pm during this closure week.

The new Ticketing & Customer Service provision will then begin from Mon 13th January. The Box Office will no longer be open to personal callers (unless 2.5hrs ahead of an event) and the telephone line will be recorded information only. The Access Line will be open from 10am to 2pm Mon to Fri. Emails will be answered Mon – Fri.
