If you need assisted access to the venue before the advertised door opening times, we will do all we reasonably can to help you. By prior arrangement, we can arrange access via our VIP security entrance and where possible to the foyer area of the venue. Please note we cannot offer early access into the auditorium itself.
Generally the entrance at the back of the venue, on Russell Road, is quieter than the main entrance at the front. There is a lift from there to take you to the first floor to the main auditorium and bars.
We can arrange for you to come and visit the venue in advance of your booking (when there is no event on) if you think it would be helpful to familiarise yourself with the building before you attend an event.
