I can’t print my tickets?

Please download your tickets to your mobile in advance of arriving at the venue and the barcode can be scanned on entry directly from your phone. If you've downloaded the tickets to the Ticketmaster app or your phone wallet, there is no need to print the tickets.  If you're unable to download the tickets, please go to the Event Box Office when you arrive at the Brighton Centre for the event – make sure you arrive before it closes, which is when the main act goes on stage.

The team at the Event Box Office will assist you in finding a solution – please make sure you bring the confirmation of your booking; this can be the credit /debit card you used to make the purchased, or Photographic I.D plus be ready to access your Ticketmaster account / email to show the booking confirmation.

Please note if you do have Print at Home (Ticketfast) tickets, its fine to show the barcode on the PDF on your phone if you can't print.  It’s also absolutely fine to print your tickets in black and white – we only need to be able to clearly see and scan the barcode, and see your seat number too.
