I can’t print my tickets?

Please download your tickets to your mobile 'phone in advance of arriving at the venue and the code can be scanned on entry. If you're unable to do this, please go straight to the Box Office when you arrive at the Brighton Centre for the event – make sure you arrive before the office closes too (when the main act goes on stage – approximately 8pm).

If you know you will struggle to access a suitable printer or to download to your 'phone, please don’t choose the print yourself ticket option. Others options for tickets are available and you can find information here.

The staff at the Box Office will assist you in finding a solution – please make sure you bring the confirmation of your booking; this can be the credit /debit card you used to make the purchased, or Photographic I.D plus be ready to access your Ticketmaster account / email to show the booking confirmation.

Please note it’s absolutely fine to print your tickets in black and white too – we only need to be able to clearly see and scan the barcode, and see your seat number too.
