Following a 24 month service review, the Brighton Centre recognised the need to modernise and streamline its underutilised Box Office in order to provide a more effective and efficient booking service, and to enable customers to quickly and easily purchase tickets.
It was recognised that reasonable adjustments may be required for some of our Deaf and disabled customers and the venue continues to assist with these. The Access Line continues to offer support to customers with accessible queries and those who cannot book tickets online.
An Event Box Office operates for collection and customer service support on event days only, 2.5hrs before the doors to the venue open.
